Australia and Indonesia are working together to grow Indonesia’s green economy and accelerate its energy transition.

KINETIK, the Australia and Indonesia Partnership for Climate, Renewable Energy and Infrastructure, or Kemitraan untuk Iklim, Energy Terbarukan dan Infrastruktur, was officially launched in 2024.

Through KINETIK, Australia is investing AUD 200 million to support Indonesia’s economic growth, decarbonisation, and energy security goals.
